Delete your Sleepabee account

Sleepabee is made by GLate Ltd. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time — from the app, or from this page if you no longer have the app.

In the app

Open Sleepabee → Preferences → Delete account, type the confirmation word and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Enter the email of your account. We'll send you a link that works once and for one hour. Open it, confirm, and the account is deleted straight away.

Signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email? Your account uses Apple's private relay address. You'll find it on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Sleepabee.Something not working? Write to support@sleepabee.com from the email of your account.

What we delete

Your profile and login, your children's profiles, all sleep and growth records, your family memberships, reminders and devices, and your subscription records in Sleepabee and at RevenueCat (our payment processor). A family where you are the only parent is deleted together with its children.

What we keep, and for how long

A record of which Terms and consents you accepted and when — without your email (only a keyed fingerprint of it) and without anything about your children. Kept for 5 years, only in case of a legal dispute.
Messages you sent to support — up to 24 months.
Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the store, or you will keep being charged.
If our support team opened your account to help you, the record of what they looked at and when — it holds your account ID, not your data — is kept for 24 months, so staff access stays accountable.
